Prep Instructions

  1. 1Combine dates and peanut butter in a food processor. Give it a few pulses till the dates are broken down.
  2. 2Put the chocolate chips and the water in a bowl and microwave till melted.
  3. 3Add the chocolate and water mixture to the food processor as well as all of the other ingredients (oats, almonds, walnuts, coconut flakes, freeze-dried raspberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, and salt). Blitz together till you can pinch the mixture together and it stays (doesn't crumble).
  4. 4Roll into 25g balls and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
